I was able to get a same appointment within a couple of hours of me calling. The staff was wonderful. The Dr was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was needed to know. I will be returning back.. Great establishment.

From the moment I walked in the door of Easy Vet, I knew I had finally found my new animal clinic home. A beautiful girl with jet black hair greeted me with such a sweet smile, and asked me to have a seat. A few moments later, a genuinely kind and, I think the most laid back guy I have ever met, Ayden, came to usher me to the exam room. Before I could even get the first kitty out of her pet taxi, we had each other laughing. However, his calm demeanor is not an indication that he is anything less than knowledgeable, and professional. Ayden’s love of animals is obvious, and he has the ability to make a person, and their pet, feel comfortable and safe. Only a little while later I had the extreme pleasure of meeting Dr. Owen. I liked her immediately. She exudes kindness and her passion for veterinary work is clear from the moment she enters the room. She and Ayden both, treat each critter as if it were the only one they will see that day. They have never hurried through an appointment, taking the time to make each of my pets feel relaxed and secure before they even begin the exam. No matter how many questions I have had, neither of them has ever made me feel rushed and, I always feel heard and validated. I absolutely love Dr. Owen, Ayden, and the entire staff. Everyone I have recommended Easy Vet to since that day says the same thing. The first time I met Dr. Owen, and Ayden, at the Katy location of Easy Vet, they had no way of knowing I was experiencing the worst year of my entire life. I had lost my baby sister, my mother, my father, five of my close friends, and five kitties, in less than twelve months. I was feeling very defeated and my heart was already completely broken. Even though they were unaware of my sadness, there were as kind to me as if they did know, and it meant the world to me. Then the feline panleukopenia virus hit the stray cat colony, who had been calling my backyard home, and began claiming one little life after another. It was an absolute nightmare. It was also what caused me to move taking each of the backyard kitties to the vet up to the top of my to-do list. It has been quite an undertaking. Showing up with five or six pet taxis at a time, full of upset kitties, each serenading us with a variety of meows, not at all happy about their circumstances, could be overwhelming for even the most seasoned veterinarian, and their assistants, but not these. Before I even get out of my car they start coming out, smiling and happy to help me get each of the rather comically musical carriers from my car and into the clinic. When I first started taking each of my backyard cats to Easy Vet, no one there knew I hadn’t collected them on purpose. They only saw a woman who was trying to help them and they wanted to help me, and they have never made me feel judged. Even though I am what one would call a “cat magnet”—if there is a cat in need within a five mile radius, it will show up at my house—and I do often refer to myself as “the crazy cat lady” (a title I now wear with honor and sometimes a straitjacket) Dr. Owen and Ayden are always quick to reassure me I am not crazy and offer their support. If it weren’t for them I really don’t know how I would have survived this whole ordeal, and I am certain my sanity would not have. If you are shopping for a new vet clinic, look no further! I highly recommend Easy Vet. Everyone there will treat your pet and you with nothing but kindness, compassion, and what years of experience have to offer.
