DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAT HERE! The vet tech was very rough with my cat as soon as she walked through the door. She immediately grabbed my cat by the neck and held her down and was squeezing her tightly so the vet could administer the vaccines. My cat got upset right away and I told them to ease up on her and not be so rough. The vet, Dr. Lucy Will, enabled the aggression by saying that they have to do that in order to give them their vaccines. No they definitely do not have to do that. At the old Easyvet that I used to take my cat too they were very gentle with her and they used a towel to put over her to hold her still. Unfortunately that location closed. She has never reacted like that at the vet before and I can tell that it was a result of how they were treating her. I will not be taking my cats back to this location.

The doctor and staff were welcoming, and our pups were as at ease as possible. Service was for a skin check-up on prior infection and updated vaccines. The experience was unstressful and most definitely affordable! Would highly recommend.

Took my fur baby here for the first time. Amazing experience everyone treated us so nicely. Will definitely be coming here again. Andre loves everyone there especially during his nail trims!!

Absolutely five stars for easyvet in Iowa Colony! The location is super convenient, and I was able to walk in and make an appointment without any hassle. Dr. Jackman and the vet staff were amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and really kind. They took the time to listen to all my concerns and answered every question I had without rushing me. My 15-year-old mini dachshund came in for a senior dog exam and vaccines, and they treated him with so much care. He got a little anxious, but they were so patient and gentle with him. I really appreciated that. The pricing was very reasonable too—it’s clear they care more about the animals than pushing unnecessary services. I didn’t feel like I was breaking the bank to get my dog quality care. Highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate place for their pets!

I love the staff here! Dr. Jackman and Karen (hope I spelled it right?) are fantastic. They always remember me when I come in and never rush me in and out like some other clinics. I really appreciate that they found the issue with my dog and diagnosed her with hypothyroidism. Another vet I took her to said her symptoms were because of depression and a food allergy, but Dr. Jackman targeted the hypothyroidism instantly and put her on the right meds. Now Ripley is back to her old goofy self and wrestling with her brother and sisters! The clinic is very clean and checkout is always a breeze, plus they're affordable. Also, the office cat Skelly is so cute! I highly recommend this clinic and staff.
